The Account Center is Consolidated Communications' secure, personalized online account access and management tool for commercial customers. Before beginning the registration process, find your customer PIN or call 844.YOUR.CCI (844.968.7224) for assistance.

Additional accounts may be added once you have registered, activated your login, and signed into the Account Center.

The email entered will become your Account Center username and must be valid/accessible to complete registration. The same Email cannot be used for multiple users.

Step 3: Details

Provide information so that we may create an Account Administrator. Once enrolled, the Account Administrator can add, edit or remove users and assign each specific permissions on the portal.

Registering for Account Center will automatically provide 24/7 self-service access to view bills, make payments and enter or view trouble tickets. To help us further tailor your portal experience, select the services you have on your account so we may provide access to additional functionality and self-help resources to help you manage those services, settings and/or reporting capabilities online. If these additional services do not apply at this time, continue with registration.

Step 4: Registered - Ready to Activate

You are now registered and ready for activation.

You will need to enter the following information for activation:
